In a global Electronics company we developed and implemented a tool and an on-line collaborative platform to assess and improve marketing capabilities, track progress and share the learning of all businesses. In this context we created with our partner Beyond E an e-Learning suite consisting of two modules to explain the tool and how to conduct an assessment on-line, and 13 modules to provide insight in individual marketing elements and instruct/demonstrate how to climb the maturity ladder. This was recently demonstrated at the October guild DevLearn conference.

To assess and improve customer focus or deploy a new Brand/Positioning, a Touchpoint methodology has been developed, tested and applied. As one customer said: “A one day workshop using the three brand pillars and the touchpoint tool already proved to be extremely useful for Digital TV in order to set the right priorities in our strategy moving forward”.
